That's taking a lot of liberty with the term "bust" though Max. If one's going so far as to label the entire '07 Broncos draft as "busts" (even though Moss, Crowder and Thomas all played), then one should apply the same standard to the Raiders' drafts for the same timeframe. And in that case, I see quite a few "busts" on that list, too.
