I think he's played the best in the 1st preseason. He deserves the spot or maybe their just giving everybody a shot at starter, with D Pepper next week.

I have a feeling that my Theory about Walter is going to come true. We may have wasted a pick... Walter never had a chance last season. No QB would have been able to showcase any talent behind that line!

? Calvin Johnson needs to live up to the hype 1st before enshrining him into the hall of fame. Plus if Andrew Walter becomes a great QB with J Rock as a great QB, then we have to really good QBS on the team or great trade bait

who knows maybe hell be the next Gannon, by the way mcclown shouldent even be alowed to wear #12 !!!!! lets see what walters can do on Sat......

Walter played really well and I am anxious to see what he does with the 1st team this week. Kiff should also start Echimandu (spelling???) as well IMO. It's preseason. Why not?

I'm not shocked at all,Al Davis put in some good words about Walter's faulter last year,and promised to try and get him another chance..Really don't think Walter's going anywhere,but can he start the season? HELL YEAH!,Sgt Pepper will not make the team he is a charity case,J.R. wont be ready anyway,and Mccown if better?,isn't that much better,but Kiffin hinted who he likes when he started Mccown last week,so Walter has no margin for error.

I just hope he doesn't start Sgt. Pepper next week,we really have to know who our starter is by next week,and the whole team needs to be on board.
