| | Will Raider game opening day be televised in Los Angeles?
I don't have the NFL Ticket and I rather watch it at home instead of the bar, will it be televised on tv in LA, does anyone know?

Maybe make a thread or sticky about Raider games being televised in what areas every week?

All Raider games will be on Sunday this year,FOX or CBS and each week either FOX or CBS will carry a double header,we will only play on FOX when an NFC team is at Raiders and that will be only two games, but guess what? week 1 in Lions at Raiders,so here's what you have to check if you are in LA...
Is FOX having a double header this week?,if not you have to hope FOX carries the late game instead of the early game.
Is there any team who cancels out the Raiders in LA,like the Rams,Chargers,Niners,Cardinals playing at the same time on FOX,or in an earlier game on FOX which would kill the late game if they are only carrying one game next week,I would like to think the Raiders are #1 in LA,but since I dont live there,I dont know....Here's The FOX games..
Atlanta @ Minnesota.......................Early
Carolina @ St. Louis........................Early
Philadelphia @ Green Bay.................Early
Tampa Bay @ Seattle.....................Late
Detroit @ Oakland..........................Late
Chicago @ San Diego......................Late
Have a feeling FOX will carry Chicago @ San Diego for most of the country,so I would say it's less than 50/50 the Raiders will be on TV in LA since SD is in a closer market, and most likely FOX will be the double header this week with the Rams in the early game.
PMS
I forked over the freaking cash for Sunday Ticket after skipping it last year, but I live in Cowgirl + Sainted country, and I'm sure the LA market will carry 11-12 or more Raiders games this year,so getting Sunday Ticket would be silly, but you can get it by the week now at about 45 bucks if you want to go that rout.

I was in your shoes not too long ago. Just because they use to be the L.A. Raiders, doesn't mean they show love here for us L.A. folks. NFL ticket is the way to go. Garunteed to watch a Raider game, except for preseason.

Those clowns in LA broadcast Charger games 1st over the Raiders, even when the Chargers sucked they still did that. The majority of fans are in LA are Raider fans. I stated I don't have the ticket and can't afford it right now, so it doesn't help to say go get it, I just want a to know if they are broadcasting in los angeles this week for the Raider game.

I'm sure you can find one that will show the games. |

It doesn't have anything to do with the fans,SD is the closer advertising market, but if they start choosing Whiner games over the Raiders that's when you know you're f'ked.
I live in North Louisiana, and back in the old days before Sunday Ticket I had to worry about the Oilers,Cowboys and Saints playing the same time as the Raiders on the same channel so I always knew when the Raiders had a shot at TV that week, and with some Prime Time games we averaged about 6-8 Raiders games per year here, but with no Prime Time games this year I would be lucky to get 4-5 games this season.
With the Deadbolts in about 5 Prime Time games this year that's 5 weeks The Raiders fans in LA wont have to worry about the Chucklers playing at the same time,so if you split the difference with the Chucklers playing at different times during the year on Sunday you'll probably get 3-4 more games and that makes about 8-9 games you'll get,and I wouldn't cry over that because it's better than average.

I have projected the Games for the Los Angeles Market and they are..
9/16 Oakland@Denver
9/30 Oakland@Miami
10/14 Oakland@San Diego
10/21 Kansas City@Oakland
11/4 Houston@Oakland
11/11 Chicago@Oakland
11/25 Oakland@Kansas City
12/16 Indianapolis@Oakland
12/23 Oakland@Jacksonville
12/30 San Diego@Oakland
Not Bad 10 games, but I projected the games for my market and it was 2 for sure and an outside chance at 3-4 max,and anybody east of me could be worse....I have to have Sunday Ticket!,and if I was getting 10 games I wouldnt touch Sunday Ticket either.

I've watched every Raider game for the last 6 years thanks to NFL ticket. It's expensive as hell, but being from PA, it's my only choice. But I wouldn't have it any other way. CAN'T WAIT FOR SUNDAY!!!!
(You know what sucks? The Lions are my NFC team. What colors will I wear Sunday???)

This is my second year having NFL ticket. It's worth it if you are a die hard fan.
