Dunno if it was injury or what, but he's never lived up to the potential it looked like he had.

Marino never was the same either after his Achilles injury... and the same can be said for Kurt Warner after his hand injury. A hand injury significantly slowed down Brett Favre for a year or so as well.

That is where him and that other receiver whose name I shall not mention were very symbiotic. He could chuck it up and the nameless one could bring it down. Without that security blanket, and his ability to do his thing.... we saw what happened. |

| | Doesn't matter,the 3rd string,and 2nd string qb's are two guys we hope never take a snap in the regular season,we are a one deep qb team,and if we ever go 2-3 deep we will be in some deep sh't.
Like I said in an earlier post,we may as well make Curry the 3rd string,he was a qb at UNC,BECAUSE IF IT EVER GETS TO HIM WE ARE DEAD ANYWAY. |
