The only problem with Dallas is their draft slots. They would put us out of position for any of the players that we need. I think they have 17 & 22 .... It could happen if they broker a 3 team deal.

If the Jets trade up to #3 for Mcfatty,we will get Dorsey,so it may be good that ESPISSN is running it's sewer mouth!
The Falcons trading down changes nothing,they still get Ryan's sucky a** at #6!

That being said, if Dmac scores 4 times a game, but we end up losing a game by 3 cuz our defensive line sucks, wtf have we accomplished? NOTHING! To quote the great John Madden "Defense wins football games. Offense sells tickets." We still have serious ??? at DT and DE. I was praying that Al would not be "Al" and pick need instead of the best "athlete".
This will be my only rant on the Dmac pick. Now, I hope he leaves the Jack-Asses in his dust on opening night!!!

I'm not saying that McFadden was a bad pick, but I'm just dissapointed in the pick. I thought we would go with a defensive lineman. Hopefully McFadden lives up to the hype and this pick changes the face of our franchise. After our superbowl season NONE of our first round draft picks have played to their potential. Something has to give, it's been long enough and us die hard Raider fans are dying to see the Raiders resurrected.

I agree with both assessments of McFadden.... I blasted him enough. I saw weaknesses... Hopefully he will work on his base in training camp and make a Liar out of me.

Madden has always said "Don't' Worry About The Blind Mules,Just Load The Wagon",you win games by outscoring the opposition not by boring them to death,and if we are just re-building anyway..McFadden was the best pick!
I happen to believe,and I said it before the draft,McFadden will be a big factor in the future of the Raiders,Jamarcus needed a big Back to be able to hand the ball off..The backfields going to look very different this year with those big guys...YOU WONT BE SORRY!
