Big srong physical wr that can break a lot of tackles. He can ver well block for McFadden too. I hope this kid is a gem that we found in the later round of the draft. I hope he works his way into the line up, I like this kid a lot.

I like this pick. He looks like he is a pretty good route runner and can take a shot or two which will help a lot.

From the tape, he looks ball first run second & doesnt worry about the hit. What more could you ask from from a slot?

The most impressive shots were his deliberate attempt to get both feet inbounds at the college level and the way he drove the corner off the LOS with his speed... I'm hoping he can continue this in the pros!

With Shields on the roster the Raiders are going to be surprised how this team will become a contender asap! Russel, McFadden, Shields=Unstoppable!
