So you truly believe that Shanahan would have called all those plays for Brandon even though Javon "was better" and therefore would have been more likely to make the big play or get the first down? I'm not buying it.

CEB is the same guy that lied about Walkers Knee to scare off his FA suitors! The same coach that tanked the season by Benching Jake Plummer for cuntler during a playoff run!! Hell yeah... I believe it!!!

What are ya doing? walking in circles?,but the fact you tried to turn the thread into a Brandon Marshall for MVP thread is not shocking, but Max putting you in your place before me was!

By the way...WE WILL KILL THE DONKO'S EVEN IF WALKER IS IN A WHEEL CHAIR!

And Javon Walker is the same guy who came into his first minicamp as a Raider and promptly allowed Drew Carter to outperform him. If that trend continues (and it ain't me saying he's not in "football shape"; it's Lane Kiffin), look for the pouting to ensue.

Marshall is better than Walker. That's not even open for debate. And Cutler is far superior to Plummer. Both moves (demoting Plummer and Walker in favor of Cutler and Marshall) were very wise.

You're right... I gave Max the courtesy of replying (every post after that one includes a quote... ). But yeah, I haven't exactly stuttered re: my opinion of Javon Walker, so there's really nothing more to say about him. All that's left is to see whether or not his football skills can cash the checks his mouth is writing. And that won't happen until September.

So I'm now going to walk by this ilogical sh't,but I want to leave you with a song on the way out....

Remember when you ran away and I got on my knees and begged you not to leave because I'd go berzerk?
Well, you left me anyhow and the days got worse and worse and now you see I've gone completely out of my mind.

And They're coming to take me away Ha Ha
They're coming to take me away ho ho he he ha ha
to the funny farm where life is beautiful all the time, and I'll be happy to see those nice young men in their clean white coats
and they're coming to take me away ha ha

You thought it was joke and so you laughed, you laughed when I had said that losing you would make me flip my lid, right? You know you laughed, I heard you laugh, you laughed, you laughed and laughed and then you left, but now you know I'm utterly mad.

And they're coming to take me away Ha Ha
They're coming to take me away ho ho he he ha ha
To the happy home with trees and flowers and chirping birds and basket weavers who sit and smile and twiddle their thumbs and toes
They're coming to take me away ha ha...

I cooked your food, I cleaned your house, and this is how you paid me back for all my kind unselfish loving deeds. Huh? Well you just wait they'll find you yet, and when they do they'll put you in the ASPCA you mangy mutt.

And They're coming to take me away Ha Ha
They're coming to take me away ho ho he he ha ha

Your home the one the bank foreclosed, You cried to me Monogamy is the way we both must live or you'll feel hurt. But, I see, I see there's someone new, your anxious poly-pure-bred coat was even gone at our place while I paid the rent, thanks!

And They're coming to take me away Ha Ha
They're coming to take me away ho ho he he ha ha
To the loony bin with all you can eat perscription drugs like torizine, and lithium, and electric shock and insulin
They're coming to take me away Ha Ha

How far are you willing to go to stretch the truth blue? Kiffin didn't say he wasn't in football shape... He said "Walker needs to improve his conditioning" Which can mean he became winded, got cramps etc. Nobody in the NFL at this moment is in Football or Game condition. That's why they're in training camp!

As far a Carter is concerned... his performance on one day doesn't mean walker is falling apart or that he's still hurt. Johnnie Higgins caught 6 passes in the first practice session and got rave reviews a few days ago... in the afternoon session he dropped passes... so does that translate into a catastrophic situation for higgins?

I think its all in how Walker is used. Is he Cliff Branch? No. Can he be use in the same way? Yes. Walker on the field meens that not only do you have a player that can be in the endzone on any down, from any place on the field, but the other team MUST be ready for the play that puts him there at the snap of every play. If you get ten 6 yard passes handed to you because all the speed is making sure Walker doesnt get open deep you burned more time than his 60 yard catch, but the out come is the same, but the time will come when he'll be all alone with nothing but grass between him & six points. Its just like Barry Sanders (& dont think Im saying Walker is as good as Sanders) You stop him short, you stop him for a loss, you contian him, you give him 53 yards on one play. In the big play stew that is the Raider offense hes just another piece of meat & when the donks D is chokin on taters & carrots you'll see him standing all alone under the goal posts with a Russell rocket inbound
