Kiffin isnt our offensive coordinator.

He isnt our GM either.

He is our head coach and he has enough to look respectable and mediocre on BOTH sides of the ball.

The personnel isnt an excuse to look this bad.

This was about preparation, play design, scheming and execution.

The Donks approached us just like teams have the past few years and it worked to perfection.

That worries me.

But like I have said, Im not calling for either of their heads yet but at the same time, Kiffin isnt getting a free pass from me when hes the HC.

This stuff is what he was brought in to fix.

He wasnt brought aboard to be GM or OC so why are people upset that hes being held accountable for what he was brought in to do? That assignment is to fix the problems on the field. People get upset at Al for not letting him do his job and then use the Ryan firing as an example even though Kiffin wasnt hired to be GM. Then they give him a pass on the shortcomings in regards to his REAL mission as coach with the Raiders.

He has enough talent to look a heck of a lot better than we did.

I dont buy all the crap about us not drafting well. I do believe we are not getting anything out of that talent though.

Im tired of hearing how Kiffin doesnt have anything to work with.

He has enough to look better than Monoday night.

The HC can only prepare when he has good personnel to prepare. Example: Jimmy Johnson took over a horrible Dallas team. By your rationale he was suppose to win with that initial team and not build. No. He built a championship team. My point is, the HC can only work the best he can with what he has. And, in Kiff's own words we do not have the key personnel he needs. I still do not understand what problem you had with his game plan.

We have more talent on this roster than last year and should win more games.

I agree that we need more but we did improve the roster and that should give them enough to at least look improved.
